About this run

6 week Beginners Couch to 5k course This proven 6 week courses consists of one group session per week plus homework (additional runs and exercises as part of an overall fitness plan). The first session of each course, is a run plus theory session lasting just over an hour. Each week we focus on a different aspect of running, to help you to get into some good habits and to avoid injuries. Secure your place by booking and paying for the course with the price against the first session. This is at a reduced course price of £54 thanks to London Athletics funding.
