As a running coach, I help to enable people to achieve their fitness goals in a safe and healthy manner.

I want to help people pursue running and fitness goals whether it is for health benefits, personal achievements, enjoyment or provide a temporary escape to the everyday stresses of life.

I am a working mom to two teenage boys, I started running nearly 10 years ago when I was offered a place in the London Marathon for a charity I had worked closely with. From that point I was hooked on running and I qualified as a Running Leader then, more recently, a Running Coach.
