About this run

A beginners couch to 5k course for people new to running. Due to current social distancing rules we are limited on numbers and request that participants to our Couch to 5k programme are doing so for the first time. We are extremely proud of the numbers of people who attended our sessions pre lock down and the desire to return week in week out. However in light of the regulations we would ask that those who have completed our course use out whats app group to arrange group runs.
