THIS COURSE STARTED ON 18TH SEPT SO HAS PROGRESSED FROM STARTING POINT - PLEASE CONTACT BEFORE BOOKING TO DISCUSS CURRENT STAGE 10-week beginners course designed for anyone completely new to the field of running or those returning after a long break. We will go from nothing to being able to run 5km by week 10 using a progressive run/walk approach. Run times will escalate each week so attendance at all 10 weeks is advisable. Participants should also aim to repeat what we do in our group session two more times each week to progress to the best of your ability. Course costs £40. To book please select all 10 sessions. This course will break for the school half term week on 30th October. Please DO NOT attend these sessions if the following apply: - you have symptoms of covid-19 - a family member has symptoms of covid-19 - you have been told by NHS Test & Trace to self-isolate
