About this run

Intermediate level group run suitable for anyone able to run 5km or more regardless of pace. Sessions will work on pacing, speed, technique and endurance and include both a fitness and technical goal to improve everyone's running. All ability sessions, everyone welcome. ***THE WEARING OF REFLECTIVE/HI-VISIBILITY BIB OR JACKET IS ESSENTIAL ON THESE EVENING RUNS DURING WINTER MONTHS***
