Dawn's Running Pals at Braunstone in Leicester has been going since January 2016
We have completed many Couch to 5K and parkruns to celebrate.
A couple of ladies completed their first half marathon at Birmingham earlier this year what a goal :)
I love helping, encouraging and supporting people into and continuing their running as I find it an honour to be part of that journey no matter how big or small your goal is.
We vary the session each week so it's never a dull moment and we are always having a laugh so very relaxed and welcoming.
I love doing what I do I get a great sense of pride and achievement from it Thursday is the best day of the week for me that has now become Mondays and Wednesday's too as now doing extra sessions :)
So come on come and see what we are about you never know you might just like it and enjoy it as much as me.
