All our normal runs are free to join but a space must be booked prior to arrival.
Please do not turn up without booking as in some cases we have to apply a capacity.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please cancel as soon as possible. If you are unable to cancel due to last minute changes, please do message the run leader, or comment on the Facebook post so we know you're not coming in order to avoid delaying the group setting off on time.
