I started running in Jan 2017 and completed my first ever Half Marathon in Sept '17, I now regularly run with HLB Runners and when I can I also attend Parkrun on Saturday mornings. I was lucky enough to receive some funding to become a Run Leader in 2018 and since passing the qualification I haven't looked back! Setting up HLB Runners has been one of the most rewarding things I have done and the group has gone from strength to strength. I am a qualified BSL Interpreter which means that all courses are fully accessible to Deaf/HoH.
