Our group runs

Following on from the success of our 1st Couch 2 5K group which started in February 2018 we will be offering a new 10 week course starting on Monday 10th  January at 7pm. The course is aimed at the beginner or if you are returning to running after injury or illness, we follow a weekly programme which we will build on each week. Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays to complete 2 of your weekly runs, you will then need to complete a 3rd homework run before the next session to help with your progression.

The C25K sessions are FREE

For £15.00 participants can purchase their own HLBRunners - Run Together Club T-shirt (sizes XS-XXL). You can attend all 10 weeks and additional runs (e.g. Step up group) for free.
