Our group runs
We've found 6 runs at location: All
We organise informal group runs on a Thursday evening which are open to anyone that is already running on a regular basis. So if you can already run for about 30 mins and (just) maintain a conversation while you're doing it, these sessions are for you. Over the weeks we'll help develop your endurance and hopefully get you to your next target whatever that may be. Group runs are designed for mixed abilities and we will provide support to everyone.
We also have a Tuesday evening Effort session for anyone looking to improve their pace. These new sessions will have an emphasis on higher intensity efforts that will help improve strength and stamina.
If you're not quite ready for that, then we run regular Couch to 5k programmes at various times. Check out our facebook page as we will announce the dates on there.
