We organise a variety of socialable group runs and friendly sessions to help you reach your running goals.  Keep an eye on our Facebook page as we use that to promote any additional runs. 

If you're new to running ,  we run Lets Get Started sessions at 6:15 on Thursdays. The aim is to help you develop technique and running skills to support your efforts towards running a parkrun or other 5K.  

On  Tuesday evenings Bob runs regular Effort sessions for anyone looking to improve their pace. These sessions will have an emphasis on higher intensity efforts that will help improve strength and stamina.  The really great thing about these sessions is that you can decide how hard you want to push yourself and be safe in the knowledge that you're not alone.  

Thursday evenings we offer several options depending on your current running ability.  There's a steady 5K session and slightly more challenging 8-10k run most weeks.  

The 5k group aims to support people that are running reasonably regularly, is deliberately not super speedy.  If you can already run for about 20min you'll be fine and we will not leave you behind. 

Our 8-10k group runs are also designed for mixed abilities and we will provide support to everyone.  Once a month in the winter we also do a 'Winter Lights Run' which is an off road challenge in the DARK.  They should be under 10k but Ben is really bad at route planning.  

Sunday Long(er) Runs
Roughly once a month we organise a slightly longer sunday run with the aim of getting the miles in.  These are a bit of a trial. 

We don't charge for our runs. They are brought to you by volunteers that just like running with people.
