MileShyClub RUN LONGSIGHT

MileShyClub is a club for complete beginners. The aim of the club is to get you to jog that first mile in one go, giving you the skills to take it further if you want to. Sessions will include a fun warm up, some stretching, and a run/walk session for beginners or a more advanced session for 5K improvers. We finish with some group cooldown stretches. Just turn up. With trainers. That's the hardest part. You'll be in good company with other like-minded people who want to give running a try. It's going to be fun - and worth it. And remember, no one gets left behind.
