About this run

BEGINNER WALKING GROUPS ACROSS TRAFFORD Want to give exercise a try but don't know where to start? Did lockdown stop you going out and meeting people? Set back by long covid or have a long term health condition? Then this could be for you! All sessions include a mobility and flexibility warm up to help revive any aching muscles and joints followed by a gentle, easy-going, social walk of no more than a mile and end with some simple cooldown stretches. Sessions are delivered and led by Level 3 Personal Trainer, Exercise Referral Specialist and Mental Health Trainer, Jane Dennison.
