Our group runs
We've found 2 runs at location: All
We hold running sessions every Saturday, usually at 10:00 except for the first Saturday of the month when we attend a ParkRun as a group.
In general, our monthly schedule is as follows:
- 1st Saturday of the month: ParkRun
- 2nd / 3rd (/4th*) Saturday: General Fitness and Cardio at Heaton Moor Park
- Last Saturday of the month: Hill Running at Heaton Mersey Park and Bowl
