Our group runs
We've found 0 runs at location: Hadleigh parkrun
- Tuesday's we normally do shorter easy paced runs of about 3 miles, meeting at 7:30pm in the Station car park on The Approach, at the far end by Swallow Close.
- Thursday are longer, faster runs normally between 5 - 7 miles, meeting at 7.30pm outside St Nicholas School in Priory Chase (Behind Asda).
- Saturdays generally see some of us at the local parkruns, normally either Basildon, Hockley Woods or Hadleigh.
More details of our runs are posted to our Facebook Closed Group pages, which you would be welcomed to join, all we ask is that you come and run with us first.
Sessions are free to full members of the Rayleigh RAT Runners Group
