About our group
Believe it or not, but running can be fun. Its not all about running races, running great distances and being super fast.You may never have run before, or started and then given up. Its never to late to lace up your trainers and learn to run for fitness. As someone who was quite frankly really late to the running party (40+) and never did any sport as a child, i really can say that with the right encouragement and support you can do it, it is fun, there are great benefits for your physical and emotional well being. You will also meet some fabulous people along the way.
Why not join one of our ladies beginners groups and learn to run for fitness in a fun friendly environment.
Ladies beginners courses are designed for non runners and will be a mixture of walking and gentle jogging including warm up exercises and cooling down. No experience is required.
We also hold ladies regular trail runs of varying distances in the beautiful New Forest for beginners and improvers.
