Running Jo’s groups are all led by me, Jo Wilkinson.
The 5k Get Better Run is for you if you can already complete 5k at whatever pace you run (even if you think it’s quite slowly). As well as running to improve your fitness and 5k times the group will develop your running by showing you some running specific exercises and challenging you to get better in a fun and supportive group. Ideal for those who can complete 5k in between 25 to 40 minutes. The structure of the sessions mean that we all run at our own pace but stay together as a group to get the most out of it for you whilst benefitting from running with a group.
