Our group runs
We've found 2 runs at location: All
Our sessions start with a fun and active group warm up, followed by some run specific drills. The main session is a group run structured around intervals of running, jogging & walking. It's suitable for all abilities and varies from week to week. We finish the session with a cool down and some stretches.
