Every Thursday morning, main entrance to Bury Knowle Park, Headington on London Road, near the bus stops and the public toilets (very convenient). 

All runs will finish at the Courtside Café where we can have a post-run drink.

09:30 for an approximately 5 km run: there will be two options, one more strenuous.

10:30 for beginners and those who prefer to run less than 5 km. You can join us at any time.  The session will be tailored for the needs of anyone who comes along, beginner or returner or progressor.
