I discovered the of love running in my later years. Since joining running clubs my running and fitness and improved greatly. I appreciate the importance of having an holistic approach to running which include strength, flexibility, nutrition and injury prevention. On a personal level my goal is to improve my running times in 5km & 10km races, relays and half marathons. Running has not only helped me become fitter but it is also fantastic for mental health. Its great to be part of such a supportive group.
