Karen Watson

Hi , I'm Karen and my emphasis has always being part of a a friendly inclusive running group. That aim is still the most important; that is to provide a safe and supportive session for new and experienced runners wherever possible. No One Gets Left Behind! I know how physically and mentally beneficial both the running itself and the social side of it can be and want to encourage others to share in this too. In addition to this I also acknowlege how vital exercise is for mental health, I totally appreciate how scary joining a new group can be but be brave, seize the day and book a session.
