This is a dedicated and specific free development session for Junior / Adult Cross-country Skiing athletes and enthusiasts. The session will focus on technique and fitness development to prepare for, and excel at, Cross-country Skiing. It will identify with specific drills and skills relevant to Cross-country Skiing, and enable fitness development opportunities. We'll practice how to use long Cross-country poles efficiently whilst running, and how they can be beneficial over undulating terrain, to aid your preparation for the snow!
