We're a social running group primarily running on trails around Coventry & Warwickshire.

We're super lucky to live in a fairly small city where a few miles in most directions will put you out in open countryside and consequently there are some cracking places to run in and around Coventry.

If you've not ventured off road, trail running is great fun and a great way to unwind without pounding tarmac all the time.
