Improve Your Running
Book a sessionAbout this run
These sessions are for those currently running continuously for at least 20 minutes and doing walk-run for 40+ minutes. It helps individuals to progress to running for longer and with improved running form, increasing enjoyability and reducing the risk of injury. Sessions can be attended flexibly. By attending, a runner is confirming themselves medically fit to step up to this level of exercise. Please consult with your GP if you have any concerns. Ideally a PARQ is completed in advance and emailed to me ( return to scottercoach@gmail.com).
