Starting Running - couch to 5k

This is a coached walk-to-run course for people who would like to start running. It is suitable for people who can currently walk for at least 30 minutes. This is a course of 10 sessions with a maximum of 8 people. Please book all of the sessions, this is being run as a course so you may get behind if too many sessions are missed (please note there is no session 17th Oct). Each session will have a warm-up, running drills and technique skills, walking to running (gradually increasing the running) and a cool down lasting around an hour. By running with me you are declaring yourself medically fit to run, if you have any concerns regarding your health and running then please contact your GP. The weather could be changeable so please dress appropriately, I go for layers that can be added or removed. I will cancel a session for torrential rain and/or thunder and lightning, but I will reschedule. If I can't reschedule then I will refund.
