The Intermediate groups are designed to help you improve your speed and distance. It is perfect for those who have already completed our beginner group, a Couch to 5k programme or those who can already run between 3k and 5k.
With the use of hill training, interval training, fartleks, strength work and longer runs we will help you improve your speed, strength and stamina and hopefully get you some PB's !
Intermediate sessions can be paid for pay as you go £6 per session, or 8 sessions paid in advance for £40.
We have sessions 3 days a week, Tuesday & Wednesday mornings at 9:25am and 5 sessions on Thursday evenings at 5pm to 7pm.
We have runners of all abilities at these sessions - and everyone works to their own level. It is an incredibily encouraging and supportive group to run with.
