Run Journey

Never tried running, but want to have a go? Coming back to running after a break and need to find some routes? Want to run with a small group because you don't like running on your own? Want to increase your distance and find some running buddies at the same time?

Then JumpStart daytime run sessions are for you. Groups will be small and matched by ability, so everyone gets the most out of their session. You will be walking, jogging, running with me and I will help you with your running journey whether that’s couch to 5k, working up to 10k or a Park Run PB or simply running 500m without getting out of breath.

I am LIRF trained from England Athletics and am also a qualified Pilates instructor, certified in pre and post natal exercise, personal trainer and a yoga and dance coach. I am fully insured, DRB checked and qualified in first aid and health and safety.
