Are you wondering what to do now you’ve achieved a steady 5k? Or maybe you’re stuck in a rut – feeling like you try really hard every 5k but always finish in about the same time? For those ladies looking to improve upon their current 5k performance we’re offering an inclusive and supportive 6 week programme to build on your current fitness levels, improve your running economy and ultimately to knock those seconds off your parkrun pb. This programme isn’t just for speedsters – everyone owes it to themself to be the best they can be – we’re offering a little guidance and a big push to help you on your way! All we ask of you to join this group is that you can run 5k, have a brave heart, a will of iron and a forgiving nature – you may not enjoy all the runs but you will see the benefits in the end!
