About this run

An outdoor group running session which is suitable for people of all ages (12+) and abilities, regardless of whether you are at the start of your running journey or a seasoned runner. Each weekly session involves a jog warm-up, followed by some running specific drills. The main session lasts approximately 20 minutes and consists of short intervals of faster running with walk/jog recoveries in-between. The session concludes with a jog cool down and some stretches for the upper and lower body. Rest assured that group sessions are provided in a covid-19 secure environment and led by a UK Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness. Strict social distancing measures are in place at all of our outdoor sessions and group sizes are limited to 12 people in line with the most up to date guidance issued by England Athletics.
