Our group runs

We have a variety of group runs which cater for people of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to those who already run on a regular basis.
If you are a complete beginner then we would strongly recommend signing up to our next "Zero to 30", 8-week beginners group.
If you run on a regular basis (at least once per week), we have a variety of sessions available, from interval sessions on a Monday evening to more relaxed runs on a Sunday morning.
Please ensure to book yourself on to our sessions in advance as places are limited. We also offer a 10% loyalty discount when you make a booking of 2 or more sessions. Payment can be made in advance online or on the day in cash.
