Our group runs

We've found 1 run at location: The Ridgewaye at the entrance to the playing fields

Our sessions vary each week, but will always consist of a warm-up, dynamic stretches, a main 25-30 minute session followed by a cool down and static stretches. Please ensure to book yourself into the session in advance as places are limited.
