Weekly group outdoor running sessions led by a UK Athletics qualified Endurance Running Coach. Suitable for all ages (12+) and abilities, our sessions are designed to improve general fitness, speed, endurance and strength using a variety of tried and tested coaching methods which involve running shorter, faster effors with active jog/walk recovery in-between.
Please ensure to book yourself on to our sessions in advance as capacity is limited to 12 people per session.
