About this run
A session designed to improve your running fitness in a fun, social way. Led by Claire Henry, each session will consist of a good 10 minute warm up, a main session of about 30 minutes plus a cool down and stretch of 5-10 minutes. We can meet at various 'pick up points' along the way - just get in touch!
