About this run

A structured, coach-led outdoor group running session. Following a gentle warm-up, the group are led through various running movement skills, then a main 25 minute session of running intervals with active walk/jog recoveries. The session concludes with a gentle jog cool down and stretches. The sessions are suitable for all ages & abilities - from beginners to well-seasoned runners. Please note that the capacity for this group is 12 people to ensure that we can provide a session which is in a Covid19 secure environment. Strict social distancing measures are in place at all of our outdoor group sessions.
