About our group

Welcome to Run With Hart!

A South London based women's running group, lead by me, England Athletics qualified Leader in Running Fitness, Josie Hart.

I help women safely bridge the gap between wanting to run, starting to run, and continuing their running with joy and success. 

My aim is to build a community who inspire, celebrate, and encourage each other every step of the way. It might start with running, but who knows where it could lead you. 

I’m excited about helping you achieve more than you thought possible. And yes, it can start with running.

We meet weekly in Fordham Park.

Following the success of the 0-5km programme in Spring 2023, our 'Keep Me Running' sessions run on a Tuesday evening. These structured sessions aim to build stamina and endurance,  and are open to women who can run for 20 mins without stopping.

We welcome a range of abilities, and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. The sessions are scalable and adaptable to suit your goals. If you've just completed your first 5k, want to get a bit faster, or are training for a longer distance goal or race, you're welcome!
