We've found 1 run

'Keep Me Running' are stand alone 60 minute sessions, every Tuesday evening, which will build stamina and endurance. 

Every session will be different, and might include speed work, intervals, relays, and hill runs. 

This session is open to women who can run for 20 mins, there is no set pace, and we welcome every ability. Each session is adaptable and scalable to suit your goals. 

If running  in a group is something you've always liked the idea of, but never quite managed, come and join a supportive group of women once a week, and see whether it's for you!
