About our group

A community running group in Staple Hill for all abilities (ages 16+).

We meet Thursdays, 7pm at the main gates of Page Park, Staple Hill.

All sessions are free and led by a qualified coach and run leaders. 

What to expect:

Our sessions are designed to cater for mixed abilities from beginners to experienced runners and we are able to do this by doing shorter, interval type running. We beleive in providing inclusive training oppurtunites so typically a session will take place in a designated area such as Hill House Playing fields, Page Park, Pomphrey Hill, or a road loops (in the winter) so that everyone can run together and not get left behind.  Intervals are short bursts of running (e.g. 1-5mins) with recoveries in between and are a great way to improve fitness but also suitable for those who are new to or returning to running.  In our sessions you can push as hard as you like to choose to run socially or steady, it doesn't matter as long as you enjoy it!
