At Staple Hill Runners we design sessions that cater for all abilities so whether you are just starting out, need company to keep running, or want a challenge there will be something for you.

In these times of Covid-19 we have modified our approach so as to operate in separate groups of no more than 10 and expect everyone to maintain social distancing from each other and members of the public.  Before attending any session it is vital that you read our  Covid-19 Health Status Declaration  . Booking a run with us indicates that you have read and accept the terms outlined in the document. Only runners who have pre-booked will be able to participate. We will not be able to book you onto the run at the beginning of the session.

Each week there will be 4 alternative group runs to choose from.  They will be intervals, fartlek (speed play), Oregon circuits or hills sessions.  Why not try a different one from week to week? 

Each group run will have its own meeting point around Page Park.  Details of the the meeting place are given when you book your run. All runs start at 6.30 pm.

Please note these are challenging times and we are volunteers doing our best to deliver an enjoyable running experience as best we can given the constraints. Please be patient with us.
