At Staple Hill Runners we design sessions that cater for all abilities so whether you are just starting out, need company to keep running, or want a challenge there will be something for you.
In these times of Covid-19 we expect everyone to maintain appropriate social distancing from each other and members of the public. Before attending any session it is vital that you read our Covid-19 Health Status Declaration. Booking a run with us indicates that you have read and accept the terms outlined in the document.
Each week we will all meet at 6:30pm usually at the main entrance gates to Page Park and then go to do our warm up exercises together. The group might then be divided up into smaller sub-groups for the actual running session to be manageable. After the running session we will do cool down stretches.
The weekly session could be intervals, fartlek (speed play), Oregon circuits or a hills session. Some weeks there will be a choice, some weeks we will all be doing the same exercise. The details for each week can be found on the 'Session Plan' tab on the website.
