Fitness Walk

A walking session where we focus on fitness. This is definitely not a ramble but is suitable for most abilities. To work on fitness we utilise the hills of Ledbury, vary speed and incorporate arm work. A great way to build up fitness and also the opportunity for those wishing to start/return to running after an injury or training break. Please be sure to wear suitable footwear as we walk on a mixture of terrains.
