Why RunTogether?

How often do you read on websites and books about how to improve your running?  What drills work? How often do you do these drills?  What do they do?  It is easy to get bogged down with the theory of running and while it is interesting to see what other runners find works and how they implement them, realisitically, unless super-motivated, few runners or potential runners put these ideas into practice.

What better way to learn to run than learning with others.  At RunTogether The Magpies we work on  key elements of running, making sure that the base foundations are built as you learn to enjoy, learn and challenge yourself in the great sport of running.
