About this run

**Leader Karen**: An easy paced 5k, should be good for less speedy or confident Snails but as usual all are welcome. We will start from the lay-by next to the entrance to Woodford Lodge drive on the B3114. We will be running the cycleway and the driveway to Woodford Lodge. Come prepared with some hi-vis and head torches please, if you don’t have any and would like to borrow some let me know as soon as possible, thanks
