C25K April-June Mon Night Week 1 (taster session)

About this run

Welcome to week 1 of C25K; this session is a FREE 'Taster Session' , so please do not pay anything until Week 2. All our sessions will start and end at the Salt/Malt carpark (the main carpark in front of the Restaurant). You will be introduced to 'Dynamic Stretching' exercises before we start all our sessions (and 'Static Stretches' for afterwards). Today we will be doing very short runs of less than a minute with a walk inbetween each run. From Week 2 we will be increasing the time that we run and decreasing the walking time.
