About this run

My mission is to show you, you CAN run and learn to love it too! Join us and learn to run on our 0-5K course especially for complete beginners. Taking gradual weekly steps walking and running to get you started in a small supportive ladies only group, and in lovely countryside. The course is 8 weeks starting January 6th and ending with a 5k run weekend of 24th February. Runners club t-shirt and finishers medal all included!
