About this run

CLUB MEMBERS ONLY, prospective members very welcome on a 1 month free trial. Fancy an after-work jaunt or can't make our weekend sessions? This is perfect for you. Company, safety and new routes for your running, come join our mixed abilities after-work runs. We will aim to have a run leader able to host this session as many weeks as possible though as our current leaders all work in the city they can get caught back at work, so please do check each week. Sometimes runners meet together informally if no leader is available. PLEASE NOTE for safety you must be wearing a high-vis outer layer (club t-shirt or club jacket fine) or our run leaders will have to turn you away. If you additionally have any running head-torch or runners flashing lights to attach to your clothing that is helpful. PS if you think you would be able to commit to regularly lead an evening session, please do let us know as we are always looking for new volunteers to train up as run leaders.
