About this run
This friendly group is for runners who can confidently and comfortably run 5km and wish to run distances between 5-10km or progress towards running 10km. Sessions include distance runs or varying distances and routes and running activities to improve fitness and ability. All sessions include a warm up, dynamic stretching, the main session, a cool down and stretching. There will be opportunities to enter races and some basic coaching on running technique.
