Book a session

About this run

This is a approx. 5km run session specially tailored to those that have graduated from Couch to 5k and would like to improve their speed, stamina and fitness at this distance. This session would also be good for those returning to running after a break or injury/illness who want to test out their legs before running longer distances, or at faster paces. The pace will be determined by the group, but will not leave anyone behind. We will also incorporate hills and interval work to work on strength and conditioning.
