Bath Mind Beginners Running Group
Book a sessionAbout this run
We all know that exercise is good for our bodies, but it’s also beneficial for your mental health and wellbeing! That’s why we’re offering a Bath Mind Running Group, to help support your mental and physical health, meet new people and spend time outdoors. Running is scientifically proven to help you deal with stress, calm your mind and reduce anxiety, combat depression and improve sleep. We know that starting running can be daunting. Your brain might tell you “I can’t do that”, “I’ll be too slow”, “it’s too scary”. But we know that you can do it. We’ve helped hundreds of people start running. Running can be for everyone, no matter your age, shape or current fitness. By building up gradually over 12 weeks we will take you from non-runner to running non-stop for 40 minutes or more. We’ll go gently, with encouragement not pressure, and together we will feel better, healthier and stronger. Sign up or send us a message and we will get in touch with some more information.
