About this run

If you are a 5K runner who would like to increase your distance then join Joanne Downing on this 8 week course. Your coached group runs will get progressively longer each week until you get to the magical 10K mark! There will also be optional added challenges to encourage you to increase your pace if you want to. It's the perfect course for anyone training for a 10K race. Why not enter a summer 10K such as the Chippenham Longest Day 10K on 19th June, Race for Life 10K on 7th July or Frome 10K on 21st July?
