About this run

When you're a parent it's hard to fit in exercise with all the other stuff you have to do. So, bring your baby and join Sarah and Hannah for a buggy walk and some simple exercise – and maybe some running in the future. Every Monday we'll be at Fox & Kit café – 7 The Corridor, Bath BA1 5AP – at 9.30am. We'll go for a walk from 9.45 to 10.30, then hang out at Fox & Kit for a cuppa and a chat. We're mental health champions too, and we're here to support your mental wellbeing as well as getting you physically active.
