About this run

If you are a 5K runner who would like to increase your distance then join Sarah Pritchard on this 8 week course. Your coached group runs will alternate between interval sessions to improve your fitness and progressively longer runs to get you to the magical 10K mark! You could enter a spring 10K race, and even carry on beyond 10K to be ready for the Bristol Half in September!
