Interval training is the way to get fitter and faster. Whether you're training for a race PB, to be a stronger runner or to make those longer runs feel a bit easier, this training will work for you. As long as you can run about 5K you will get huge benefit from these sessions. Each week you can expect a different technique focus and some drills to get you warmed up. The main part of the session uses efforts and recoveries to improve your fitness and pace. Sometimes it's timed intervals, sometimes hills and sometimes things with funny names like fartleks or paarlauf. At the end we have a cool down and stretch and head home for a well earned shower! During COVID restrictions the group size is limited to 12 and we will be staying 2 metres apart at all times.
